I captured these portraits with the intention of capturing the emotions of Iranian women in these challenging times. Through the lens, I aimed to convey the silent yet profound sorrow that remains concealed behind their eyes, as well as the bravery they've shown to the world.
Iranian women yearn for a brighter, more liberated future in a society that can be unforgiving.
